Wholesale Manager

FULL TIME


The Wholesale Manager is a sales focused position responsible for all aspects of the wholesale business and acts as a liaison to all wholesale accounts, sales reps, and retail stores. This position requires previous wholesale sales management experience, excellent customer service skills, managing packing and pulling orders with care and precision, and is directly responsible for supervising and coordinating fulfillment team members. A successful Wholesale Manager will be focused on increasing sales and able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and will be a natural team-player with a positive attitude. Responsibilities

  • Customer service (phone, email, tradeshows)
  • Manage all aspects of sales and new store acquisition
  • Manage fulfillment team member’s time and resources to establish maximum effectiveness
  • Manage purchase orders, data entry, incoming shipments and reporting
  • Manage sales reps to increase sales volume and coordinate card releases
  • Respond to new buyer inquiries and initiates outreach to prospective accounts
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve, correct, update existing processes
  • Assist, plan, and attend trade shows

Skills and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Zoho Inventory a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Dropbox, Shipstation a plus
  • Professional phone & email etiquette
  • Administrative experience
  • Proven account management and organizational skills to drive sales
  • Proven ability to maintain strong customer service
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
