We are seeking Retail Associates to provide exemplary customer service at our Los Angeles storefront. Our ideal candidates have experience in retail and a passion for stationery and customer service. Ideally looking for a local who knows the community!

Must be available at least one weekend day. 15-30 hrs/wk. This is a permanent position with more hourly opportunities Late November through December.

  • Build, nurture, and maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain knowledge of products, and assist customers with buying decisions as needed
  • Operationally open and close retail store
  • Proficiently receive and enter store merchandise into POS
  • Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Maintain brand and operational standards
  • Provide gift wrap services 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, goes above and beyond
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well organized, tidy, and presentable
  • Prior retail or visual merchandising experience in gift or stationery a plus
  • Experience with Shopify a plus
  • Knowledge of social media platforms a plus
  • Gift wrapping skills a plus (but don’t worry we can train you!)
