Assembly Associate

PART TIME

We are seeking an Assembly Associate to join our growing business! As a Assembly Associate you will assemble a range of The Social Type products by hand while working alongside our Fulfillment Associate.. An ideal candidate has experience in the stationery industry and has a passion for paper and design. Hours may increase based on volume or operational demand. There is an opportunity for advancement and to work our evening and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Packaging products which may include, but is not limited to sleeving cards, stickering, boxing, etc.
• Review products for quality control
• Gathering supplies
• Cleaning tasks as assigned
• Assist in inventory audits
• Assist Lead Fulfillment Associate, Wholesale Manager and owners as assigned

Skills & Requirements

• Intuitive and teachable in product assembly and production
• Ability to work with your hands assembling small components
• Maintains Efficiency Standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy while working quickly & efficiently
• Proactive problem solver
• Seeks mastery in their work and can self start tasks
• Open to taking direction & critique
• Works well within a small team
• Experience in the stationery industry a plus
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Weekdays between 9am - 5pm availability a must
• 15-18 hours per week
• Year-round position
